858 VACUUM DISTILLATION dehydration SYSTEMs

disperser elements

Kaydon Filtration Vacuum Distillation Dehydration Systems use disperser elements in the vacuum chamber to help promote rapid water vaporization from oils.    “Disperser” describes how the oil/water mixture is thinly broadcast (dispersed) throughout the element for maximum exposure.   The high exterior exposure zone and multi-layered interior exposure region of each disperser element provides a high degree of combined exposure.  When this combined exposure is used in conjunction with the induced heat and vacuum of the 858 system distillation process, it enhances quick water phase transition from the liquid phase to the vapor phase, yielding high water removal efficiency.
